This is not your dad's traditional Holiday Inn restaurant! An extensive breakfast buffet, including made-to-order eggs, and an a la carte service are available. I particularly liked the Mediterranean soup with two large grilled shrimp, a dollop of feta cheese, fresh herbs and a steaming broth, which is poured tableside. The buffet is loaded with fresh fruit and juices as well as a variety of yogurt and granola cereals. The guisados (stews) of pork, chicken and beef, as well as the salad Nicoise with seared tuna, provide excellent value.
