Enrique Olvera, of Mexico City's famed Pujol restaurant, has now opened Moxi (Otomi for "craving") for an ultra-contemporary and exciting experience. I loved the lump crabmeat encased in paper thin wafers of potato. The wheat risotto with spinach, mini potatoes and a delicately poached egg is what dreams are made of. The very contemporary decor in colonial San Miguel, paired with haute cuisine makes for a memorable experience.
