Spacious guest rooms have modest décor, a table and a small desk where you can place your things. All rooms include a balcony. After a hot day, enjoy a cool treat from the lobby café.
Smoke free premises. 328 units, some efficiencies. 16 stories, interior corridors. Bath: shower only.
Cons: Installations are a bit old, they need a refurbish, especially the corridor.
Pros: Location of the hotel its great, very close to restaurants, bars and statbucks. I had to go there to use the wifi.

Pros: For such a big hotel, personnel is friendly. Rooms nothing special, but comfortable enough. Good wifi, clean bathroom. Relatively cheap.
Cons: Best years of the building are long gone - despite acceptable hygiene and comfort, facilities are showing wear and tear almost everywhere. Pool area is old, poorly maintained and very crowded.
Pros: The location is petfect
Cons: The noise of a disco-bar that plays hard rock beyond the limits of its walls and the hotel is just across the street, ....... it is not easy to get sleep from 2 am to 5 am

Cons: Rooms are not comparable with the rooms shown on pictures. Furnitures were super old, bath with blind mirror, shower always cold. Hotel could shapen up immensely with very little effort
Most of the staff had difficulties speaking English
Good but could be better
Pros: The locations is very good: the restaurants and supermarkets are very close same as it takes just 5 minutes to go to the beach. The hotel isn't new, but clean.
Cons: It took us more than 1 hour to check in while there were only 3 people in front of us in the line. The reception was very slow! To get a remote for TV you have to leave a deposit.

Cons: Front desk staff not greeting people as they pass through the lobby. Rooms out of date, old furniture, old bedding, linens poor quality, still had old bedspreads which are not sanitary, television left speaker sound distorted which was reported to the front desk but not repaired, shower head works but old with deposits. Stains on back of drapes and also on black out curtains. Room lacking clock. hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Toilet constantly running, bath door needs painting, bath door hinges rusty.Very small desk, Wi- Fi signal comes and goes. Also room lacked refrigerator and microwave oven.
