Pros: I loved all the attention from the staff!!! Everything was extremely great!!!
Pros: Lovely newer hotel. Restaurant is modern and open late into the evening. Full service room service. Much of staff is bi lingual and helpful. Wifi is speedy and lobby computers are up to date.
Cons: Not much we didn't like.

Cons: the night concierge giving me a wake up call at 4 am which I did not ask for.
Pros: the hotel was at a good location, also the facilities were great! we loved our stay there.. we will come back soon. They have a very good welcome drink... thanks for everything, the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Cons: When making the booking, booking.com asks you to choose between twin beds or kingsize, but the info doesn't get transmitted to the hotel, nor does it feature in the email confirmation.
