Pros: All good
Cons: Few reatauranra
Pros: The staff very friendly and ready to serve you at any time. Great for families
Cons: Check in is at 3:00 pm. We were there at 2:45pm. Did not get a room till 3:45. We were very hot and thirst as we sat in the lobby for over a hour. Was never offered a drink not even water. Although I was paying for all Inclusive. The hotel blames booking.Com. for not sending a hotel resv. num. Although I had a resv. Num. I requested 1 king bed. I received 2 smaller beds. I don't really know who's fault this mess is to blame. All I can tell you I will never use Booking.Com again, or stay at the Intercontinental again!!!
Pros: Personnel, pools, shows
Cons: front desk help useless, beach is too small, some mechanical problems with shower, poor liquor quality....
