Beautiful hotel. The only problem that we experienced was extending our stay. Other than that, it is a beautiful resort and right on the beach.
Pros: Clean, easy access, right on the beach and beautiful views.
Cons: Hotel staff was not always good at communicating properly.
Great all-inclusive hotel!!
Pros: Friendly, welcoming staff...good quality of food (especially the specialty restaurants) and vast drink selection (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks). Beautiful beach and pool area...hotel very clean! We would definitely return!
Cons: Beds were a little hard from what I am accustomed, but they worked fine for the week's vacation.
We have been to many locations in Mexico. This is by far the most beautiful! It's on a lovely beach and across the street from every kind of shopping, as well as great restaurants, though if one opts for "All Inclusive," they wouldn't be needed. The surrounding neighborhood is clean, "upscale," with nice sidewalks, bike paths, marina, dolphinarium, etc. The staff is competent, friendly, always eager to please. Any minor issues we had were resolved within minutes. The food is fresh and delicious, with a great variety of offerings. We loved the fact that we didn't have to make reservations for the specialty restaurants as we have at so many others. Most of the places we've been do not offer a very good wine; this one does! And true to their word, everything is included - no hidden charges. We definitely plan to return, and would recommend it to anyone, from young families with children, to active retirees like ourselves, and everyone in between!
Pros: The beach and the friendly staff.
Cons: The food was very poor and not up to four star standards.
The staff were very nice especially Benito at the breakfast buffet
Cons: The draft beer at pool area tasted bad they need to clean tap lines out
Pros: We love the location, all inclusive, friendly staff etc.
Cons: Rooms are run down with several things not working. Cheap alcohol. NO lite( calorie beer) except for elite members. Restaurant at nite very slow service and not great food choices.
A big letdown from their...
Cons: Bad service outdated facility's
Nice location, and friendly staff....
Pros: Staff very friendly and welcoming. Mario is the best!
Cons: The pushy sales pitch about this isn't a time share presentation and it basically is!
The hotel itself needs some major attention, old, and slightly run down.
