Pros: Since it is at the top of the montain, the view of the city is really, really beautiful, all the time! And the access to the city is relatively easy via the Teleferico.
Cons: Too much noise between the rooms. None of it really sound-proof. We heard sounds (TV, Showers, Talking, etc) from all rooms at the side and top.

Pros: Excellent location, hotel is comfortable and staff is friendly
Cons: I don't understand why we can't pay everything at check-put. For the price I think breakfast should be included. Ice machines would be nice. Also although the hotel is clean, we found tarantula and a scorpion in our room

Pros: Very good view on Taxco, nice meals.
Cons: The room was no "garden or view on parking". It was almost in basement with view on the wall. For 100 american dollars its terrible. No good pressure of water in bath - very hard to wash yourself. And the last - during our stay in hotel a group of drunken students were staying, who made a lot of noise till 3 a.m. It was impossible to sleep. I had to ask a reception twice to make them calm with no result. Very poor price/quality ratio. It was the worst night ever :(

Pros: The good view, the Service and dining
Cons: the room was not realy good, smelling and it was to loud up to ten. Spa area was very less.

Pros: The hotel is very beautiful, very very clean with all the accomodations, housekeeping did a fantastic job!! The yard and grounds are kept pristine, and the bellhop and valet were very friendly!! One of the service gentlemen was impeccable, you could not ask for a better representative of the hotel. He was kind, and informative, he gave us main tourist attractions to visit as well as nostalgic places to visit. I love history and culture everywhere I go, and he showed us the true glory of not only the hotel but the entire city and villages around!! I believe his name was Candalaurio (sp??) or Cande Leonardo....If you stay, definitely find him!!
Cons: The front desk, the fine dining restaurant, and the bar staff were rude and disrespectful and very slow to provide service while the areas were basically empty. Staff was just standing around, and I have traveled many places in Mexico, and usually you are over served. My experience has always been even if the server was not my server if there is eye contact, they will come and assist. Not here, they all disappear. Mind you I have been all over the world and in different cultures and for a hotel this caliber, I never expected that!!! I am not being whiney or spoiled... Just over all honest. If I am paying over $200 American dollars for a meal for 4 people the service should be decent. * I also ate at many of the mom and pop shops and service was awesome!!** Case in point, I don't expect to be catered to hand and foot, but I do expect good customer service, especially when my beau and I are treating a couple to a late honeymoon.
