The changing menu at this ultra casual spot exemplifies creativity and the use of local ingredients. It typically offers four small plates and four entrées each day. Favorites include braised beef cheek udon noodles with fresh market vegetables, pickled ginger and poached egg. Other entrées may include vegan noodle soup, salty fish fried rice and oyster sauce sauté.
