Pros: Opted to stay here as we flew in from the Big Island in the afternoon and were leaving on a international flight the next morning and it was certainly convenient for access to the airport. Shuttle service worked very well. Also easy to catch bus to Ala Moana or elsewhere.

Pros: The hotel was clean and neat. Having to travel to another hotel for dinner was somewhat of a bother. However, the food was good. The quantity more than I could eat. Breakfast was convenient and good. Location for transiting was excellent.

Cons: We booked this hotel as it was very close to the airport and needed to be back the next day. There was a shuttle bus to collect from the airport once we had arrived...supposedly. We had been travelling for 19 hours from England and rang as soon as we collected our bags, as instructed. However, we had to ring 3 times and wait for well over 1 1/2 hours to be collected. When we eventually got there the receptionist said that we had only rang once - I don't think so! We wanted to file a complaint with the manager, who wasn't there at that time of night. They were not there in the morning either until 9am, after we left. The receptionist took my email address and said the manager would be in touch. However, we did not hear a thing...surprise, surprise. Very disappointing.

Pros: Friendly Reception Desk that made checking in pleasant and easy. They gave nice tips for my next visit. Convenient restaurant for breakfast on the ground floor. Fresh clean room with cold air conditioning, comfortable bed, and nice flatscreen TV.
Cons: Had difficulty with the use of parking stubs to exit parking. Because its a one way traffic lane, I had to reverse my car the length of the parking lot to return to the lobby to fix the matter.
