Pros: Close to conference centre and to Waikiki beach Small room but clean with nice balcony Good place for breakfast next door with 10% discount for hotel guests Nice chilled water with lemon in lobby Towels only replaced when left on floor - yay! Decent wiki access included The way the hallway tilted to the left and made me think I was losing my marbles with jetlag! :-) Staff were cheerful & friendly
Cons: Price doesn't include daily room service fee or tax so keep that in mind. Seemed a bit expensive but maybe fair reflection of Waikiki prices. Carpet was a bit old & wrinkled, felt a bit damp at times, and made the room smell a bit musty - really not needed in a place that's warm all year round! Water tasted like antiseptic but that seemed to be a Waikiki issue. Very limited tea & coffee supplies - two teabags per day for two tea drinkers isn't great! Ditch the single-use plastic please!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Stains on our bedsheets. Asked them to change and they said housekeeping was not on duty so they had the security to send new bedsheets. They security guy smelt like a heavy smoker and had a very impolite attitude. Very helpless, We then went to the front desk for help to change the bedsheets but the guy on duty said he is not trained to do so. We had to change the bedsheets ourselves. Anyway very unprofessional staff and unclean hotel. It's the worst experience ever. It actually ruined our vacation, so please reconsider before booking!
