Pros: Great location, great staff. Room was clean and constant availabilty of free coffee/ tea/ water in the lobby is an added bonus.
Cons: Rooms are a little dated but they are perfectly clean and do the job. The 50s style of the room we stayed in actually made it quite quirky!

Pros: Great location, lovely design - rooms are airy, modern and warm. Very nice and warm lobby - thoughtful variety of naturally flavoured water/ tea available throughout the day. Staff helpful and courteous. Balcony overlooking canal and mountains. Easy to arrange shuttle to and fro airport. Great value for price paid.

Great choice for a good...
Pros: Staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Continental B/Fast a bonus. Location very good, bus stop very close by and everywhere in Waikiki walkable. Our room Spacious with lovely comfortable bed and seating area. Mini kitchen was great.
Excellent value for money
Cons: It was very windy whilst we were there and our room (Executive suite 1004) were rattling like mad. Could do with double glazing to stifle noise from the apartments opposite.
Pros: Close to shopping
Cons: Parking a bit expensive
Pros: Everything but the breakfast
Cons: Breakfast not enough variety. Very basic
Pros: Spacious room, well equipped. Staff very responsive particularly when the plug to my washbasin malfunctioned late at night - someone was there within minutes to effect a temporary solution and it was fixed properly the next morning.
Cons: Rather noisy air conditioner and bathroom fan - but traffic noise meant that I could not open the window instead.
Pros: very friendly staff
Cons: breakfast area not laid out well, gets crowded and difficult to move around
Our stay at Waikiki
Pros: Close proximity to transport and beaches.
Cons: Road noise at night.
Overpriced, uncomfortable, small cramped rooms,...
Cons: The location was farther from the beach than I expected from their advertising. Our room was on a floor under repair and was filled with dust and the hall was very dirty, and they would not change our room despite the fact we arrived in early afternoon. The room was tiny. The door to the balcony was broken and did not open. The shower drain was clogged and the shower filled with water and overflowed. There was no drawer space and the space for hanging clothes was unacceptably small They charged for using the in-room coffee maker. The staff was not particularly helpful.
Traveler thru Honolulu
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. Located near bus facilities. Hotel room was well kept.
Cons: The air conditioning system should be replaced with a modern, quiet system. Breakfast didn't match the room price.
