Pros: Location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Lower level room had building blocking view of the ocean. I was expecting to pay for parking but not the amenity fees each day. With parking and amenity fees our room costs an additional $100 for our two day stay.
Pros: The hospitality was on point. Awesome customer service!
Cons: I loved everything. Will stay there again.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. They thought of everything you might need.
Cons: It was difficult to get to because of one way streets and we didn't realize it was over $20 a night for their valet parking. This was on top of a $25 a day resort fee, which we were expecting.
Pros: We stayed at the Hotel Renew for our honeymoon. We had an excellent stay. They gave us complimentary Champaign and a room upgrade without our prompting. We received excellent customer service and loved the location right across the street from the beach!

Overall feels great, nice hotel, good staff, perfect location.
Pros: The staff is very nice, the location is perfect.
Cons: Only one thing I don't like is that there is some strange smell in the room, probably because of the sun shines on the window, I do have some concerns about my little one staying too long in such a room.
