Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. A little off the beaten track, which we liked. Location next to a good restaurant that had a patio on the beach was great. Also, beach was relatively private and nice.
Cons: Kind of an uncomfortable lobby... furniture not arranged such that you can form a little conversation group. Sofas in a straight line. We met over the Happy Hour with another couple and had to move things around so we could sit and face each other.

Pros: Great location. Lovely rooms and facilities.
Cons: Information about what the boutique fee covered would have been helpful. Also staff, particularly conceige need to be more familiar with their local surroundings. No one could tell us if the parking at Pearl Harbour was free - this simple information is something that they should all know. We found them to be friendly but not particularly well informed about the Honolulu area.
