The locally popular restaurant offers wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean from the multi-tiered dining room. Possible menu items include ahi poke carpaccio, hand-cut tagliatelle with black truffle, 48-hour braised short rib, and dishes that exemplify a fusion of contemporary island, Asian and European cuisines. Choose from the three or four course, or the "Kahala Grand Tasting Menu" of eight courses. Four-hour complimentary parking is available with validation.
