Pros: Right in the heart of town. Walk to all bars, restaurants, and beach. The sister hotel had a great beach and beach bar. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Probably the best deal in Maui if you don't want to stay at a resort
Cons: Nope, had a great experience.

Very Poor

Pros: The only noteworthy thing about this hotel is the location.
Cons: This hotel was less than I expected. We got there after 7pm and the front desk was already closed and the front door was locked. Waited 45 min for someone to come check us in. Shower was moldy and the back porch makes it easy for your neighbors to peek.

Pros: They upgraded my room because the room I booked was not available.
Cons: They over booked my room and if I had not been there before 7, I would not have gotten a room. As I was coming and going throughout the night, there were many people who showed up that could not get theit booked room because the hotel was over booked.

Pros: Near the water
Cons: Yes. It took is two hours to chreck into our room. I had to call four times to get someone to the lobby and 1 1/2 for security to open the lockbox. It was two in the morning before we got in our room. Arrived at hotel at 11:45 pm. Horrible service.

Pros: Location was great. However, parking was down the street and was an additional $15 per night that was not expected.
Cons: The bed (not listed as a small double bed), had a broken center support which made the bed very uncomfortable. We had a poor night sleep on our last day in Muai. The antique furnishings were nice, but there is an old smell and a moldy dirty bathroom tile
