Pros: great location
Cons: rooms are rather old, some walls are a bit coming off and are pretty thin so you can hear your neighbors and noise coming from the courtyard

Pros: Close to where I needed to be
Cons: too much noise from service vehicles, no one to check us in, assistance from adjacent restaurant staff required to call management, very disappointed in service level

Pros: We liked how close to the beach and shops it was and the character of the outside and inside.
Cons: I did not like that I asked for a room in the front 4 months in advanced because I read the reviews of the garbage truck coming so early in the morning right outside the back rooms. They did not give us a room up front after asking for 3 months and getting there early. They still had rooms available up front but apparently were holding for special guest? Guess we were not special enough

Pros: Room was comfy.
Cons: Had to make five phone calls for access as desk unattended. Phone diverted to voice mail. Eventually security attended and admitted me, after additional 20 minute wait. Not a good first impression for a weary traveller!
