Pros: Very quiet.. Beautiful grounds. Great staff.
Cons: Nothing. Will problally stay the next January.
Pros: Dry side of Island, grounds were well kept, inside unit needs more attention like the grounds. Although expensive, several very good restaurants within a mile or less of resort.
Cons: Dated unit, needs deep cleaning, soiled carpet, beach was rough, no pool, hot tub, work out room onsite, had to drive to it. No A/C, no laundry in unit. Had to walk to the laundry and 1/2 of the dryers were out of service. expensive to wash & dry.
Pros: The way the hotel was built around the landscape and trees.
Pros: Location is great. Only a short walk to the beach.
Cons: Got put in building and room that was the closest to the main road. Lots of car noise. Also, toilet didn't function properly throughout entire stay.
Pros: I liked the location, the fact that the room was well equipped with kitchen essentials and reasonably priced for a family of four.
Cons: They did not have their own swimming pool. We had to cross the street to a beach club to utilize their pool.
Pros: Location. Apartment size.
Cons: Cupboard doors needed fixing. Better explanation of how to use American appliances, being British they are very different!
Pros: nature style of resort and room (no air con)
Cons: Wood is also used in the bathroom, which looks somehow old and not hygienic.
Kiahuna - just the best...
Pros: I loved the convenience of having a full kitchen so I was able to cook a couple of meals during our 8 day stay. I also liked the balcony because it had comfortable chaises plus a table and chairs. The walk through the gardens to the beach was lovely and we enjoyed being given clean towels and beach chairs when we arrived at the Kiahuna Beach hut. Just a perfect place to stay. And do eat dinner at the Plantation Restaurant. Great atmosphere and wonderful food.
Great location next to beach...
Pros: The proximity to the beach, the cleanliness, condo had everything we needed and more!
Cons: There was an ongoing issue with keycards that was a little frustrating in the beginning.
Perfect stay for our 10...
Pros: The rooms were immaculate, the staff was incredibly gracious and the location was to die for!
Cons: Finding the guest registration was a little confusing. Better signs would be an improvement.
