Behind a shopping center, this hotel has a small breakfast room and offers a variety of rooms, all with a power strip and outlets. Pets are allowed in any room. Bus, truck or RV parking is available. With the non-smoking guests in mind, the property put in a glass door towards the end of the guest corridor that separates the smoking and non-smoking rooms.
61 units. 2 stories (no elevator), interior corridors.
Pros: Strange location hidden behind local grocery store, thru McDondlald's parking lot next to I-15
Cons: False advertising NO QUEEN BEDS, they are all smaller double beds. Apathetic staff, Blackfoot unfriendly for small town imo, stay in Pocatello or Idaho Falls instead. Avoid Super 8
Pros: the room had a full size coffee maker which was awesome also they sold bags of ice for filling up ice chests for a very reasonable price
Pros: Being on the first floor
Cons: We had requested 1st floor if available, he said is second floor ok, I said is there an elevator, he said I can put you on 1st floor. Why go through all that when it was requested?
Pros: nice quiet reasonable price
Pros: It was the only available hotel the weekend that we were there.
Cons: The hotel is hidden behind other business and was hard to find. It's a older Super 8 and is very dated. It also was next to the freeway which made for some noise. Because our 83 year old father became ill (who was with us) we ended up not needing the rooms (we had two) the following night. We alerted the staff that we wouldn't need to stay the second night, we were told that we would be charged anyway. All the hotels were booked for a big weekend and I am sure that they were able to rebook the rooms. But would never stay again.
