Pros: Everything was great but a couple of matters I will describe on the next section.
Cons: First, we book a room with 2 queen beds. After receiving confirmation from booking.com, we called the Hotel itself and spoke with Tatiana who verified and confirmed the chosen booking option. During this phone conversation, Tatiana even offered us a River view room and asked us whether we would like to stay on the first floor (with access to an enclosed grass area) or balcony on the second floor. Upon our arrival (02/18/2017), Tatiana checked us in on a single queen bed room. We got to the room and then, realized the error. My wife went back to the lobby to fix the issue. Tatiana apologized but stated being very hard to work with a third party specially booking.com where some of those 'requests' cannot be granted. She went further more to explain this very often happens with booking.com but not with expedia.com. She looked on her computer screen and told my wife that she had one more room left with two queen size beds but could not give us because on the following day a family would be arriving. My wife pressed on and told her that her priority at that very moment was to take care of the customer who did not request but chose the room with the 2 queen size beds instead the 1 only. After a long while going back and forth with my wife, Tatiana decided to released the held off room and put us there. It was unpleasant to say the least, to 'negotiate' for what we carefully have opted and booked.Second, we stayed at the R section of the hotel on the bottom floor. I have called couple of times on Friday night, one time early morning around 01:30 and many times on Saturday evening, late night and early morning on Sunday about someone smoking around us. They said the same all the times we called: "I will send the manager". If they did, it did not solve the matter and my respiratory problems got worse from the second hand exposure.

Pros: Had a river view suite. View was great, but walk to lobby was lengthy.
Cons: Rooms were nice and housekeeping was thorough. Needs some renovation. Bath tub and carpet.
