Put this farm-to-fork restaurant on your to-do list. The variety of menu items makes it hard to make a selection, but diners will go back again. The salads are creative and large. Appetizers include a sweet and spicy crispy shrimp, tomato basil fondue soup and grilled cheese sandwich. Seasonal entrees feature Idaho rainbow trout and filet mignon, both filled with flavor, as are the grilled jumbo artichoke and ale-braised short ribs. Gluten-free items are available and the kids have their own menu.
