Using only local and regional purveyors, this small but mighty bar offers a seasonal menu that may include a watercress salad with wild leeks and poached egg; seared Halloumi; lamb meatballs with heirloom polenta; and pork belly with carrot mole, caramelized fennel and toasted pumpkin seeds.
