The Museum of Idaho is off I-15 exit 118 (Broadway) at 200 N. Eastern Ave. It features such exhibits as Race for Atomic Power, which documents important milestones in the history of nuclear energy that occurred in southeastern Idaho; Lewis and Clark in Idaho; a children's discovery room; and Eagle Rock USA, a replica of the 19th-century community that later became Idaho Falls. Temporary exhibitions also are offered. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
$9; $8 (ages 62+); $7 (ages 4-17); $30 (family); $25 (family, Mon. 5-8 p.m.). Prices may vary.
