Sawtooth Botanical Garden is 5 miles south of Ketchum and Sun Valley off of State Hwy. 75, at 11 Gimlet Rd. Visitors to the 5-acre garden will find a solar greenhouse, native plants from several regions of Idaho and an 800-pound bronze prayer wheel with one million hand-painted prayers that was blessed by the Dalai Lama. After a stroll through the Perennial Garden or the Ellen Long Pavilion, kids can play and families can relax at the Sawtooth Sandbox.
