Pros: Beautiful location, well maintained property, family friendly
Cons: Expensive meals and drinks, expensive daily resort fee tacked on to already high room rates. The children's playground needs a major improvement!

Pros:
Cons: When first entering the sun valley lodge and speaking with the lady at the check in desk she identified me and rudely told me I was booked at the sun valley inn. Didn't give much in the way of helping me find the Inn so I figured it out by walking through the mall. The lady at the desk was in better spirit. The room was on the bottom floor next to the hallway entrance and when entering a 400+ dollar a night room I was shocked! A microwave unplugged on the small glass table was almost funny. Unless this room was designed to bring you back to the 60's it was substandard. The robes provided were rough at best. Bathroom would have been better at the motel 6. Don't let the pictures fool you. I would never stay there again.

Pros: We had booked a room at the Inn and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the Lodge when we arrived. The Lodge is an amazing property and is easily among the top 10 places we have ever stayed in the US or in Europe.

Pros: Best meal of the week was at The Ram. And we had some other good meals in town. The staff is very good. The lobby fireplace is a favorite place to read, snack and meet other folks.
Cons: Terrible shower pressure in our room. Cold air leaked in thru two windows. In the past one could order a Bloody Mary in the Pool any time of day. Now it is only after 4pm when the bar opens. Did not like expensive breakfast in the Lounge. Much preferred The Ram breakfasts of the past.
