Pros: The cleanliness was impressive. I always love it when the room is above and beyond clean, and it was.
Cons: That I had to take stairs to my room. I could have used the elevator but it was inconvenient for my dog.

Pros: The staff was wonderful! I wish I would have gotten names so I could give them all kudos. Every person we connected with was helpful and enthusiastic. We loved seeing all the dogs, but it made us miss ours at home. :) The beds were very comfortable, and my daughter and I both slept very well. The breakfast was great! My daughter loved the biscuits and gravy and the cheese omelets were wonderful. I also loved the variety of fruit, and even took a banana for mid-morning snack. Thanks for a great stay!
