Caterpillar Visitors Center

Caterpillar Visitors Center is at 110 S.W. Washington St. Interactive exhibits describe Caterpillar Inc. company history, its customers and its equipment. Visitors begin their experience by taking a virtual ride in the two-story-tall, 400-ton 797F mining truck theater. Self-guiding tours allow visitors to see the first Caterpillar track-type tractor, design their own Cat machine, operate a simulator, and sit in full-size pieces of equipment.
