Cons: Hot tub not working. Bar happy hour was only m-f. I was there the weekend. Breakfast area too crammed
Pros: Staff was wonderful!
Cons: Pillows were very uncomfortable... Would expect down pillows for this level of property.
Pros: The hot tub was the perfect temperature but needs to be repainted at a minimum. The facility is not as old as the hot tub appeared to be. The room was very clean and comfortable. I like my bubble baths, and the first room they put us in did not have a bathtub. Upon request we were moved to a handicap accessible room. The tub was cluttered with accessibility items - but was still a tub.
Cons: The general maintenance of the hot tub was the ONLY thing I saw that could use a little help.

Pros: Friendly check in, beautiful facility, good breakfast
Cons: For some reason they hide the entrances on Residence Inns. Very confusing to figure out where to go. I simply won't go there in bad weather without a covered entrance.
Pros: excellent suite accommodations and common area. The breakfast buffet hot and cold items including fresh eggs and fruit as well as high quality coffee. The fitness center was well equipped (although recommend to use less aromatic cleaning products or air freshener).
Cons: It was sometimes difficult to change TV channels. Not sure if this was the problem with the remote or the TV.
Pros: Very clear and comfortable with modern decor. Great price for the location.
Pros: I enjoyed the whole stay experience, however, esp. enjoyed that the fire pit was open 24/7. Would like the pool/hot tub hours to be extended thou.

Pros: The room was spacious, clean and modern. We used the pool as well as ate the complementary breakfast. The hotel was really like a small community, including staff and patrons. We felt welcomed and comfortable during our stay.
Cons: We had no bad experiences!!
Pros: I loved this place. My room was a King Suite; it was spacious, the bed was well-positioned and inviting. The layout of the room made it feel large. The room was well-lit, and I particularly liked the bed lighting. The long desk was something I'd love to have at home. Great breakfast--wide variety though I thought it ended early at 9:30 on a weekend. Pleasant staff! I'll choose this place every time I'm in Bloomington!
Cons: The only down side was that I had the temperature of the water in shower turned all the way up and though it was warm, it was far from hot.

Pros: The two bedroom suite was ideal for our family of 6!

Pros: This hotel is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We needed an extra sheet for our sofa bed and the front desk clerk brought it immediately.
Cons: Breakfast ended at 9:30. That seemed a little early. Without a warning, at 9:30 the kitchen doors closed.
