Chicago Cultural Center, at Michigan Ave. and Randolph St., is an 1897 Beaux Arts-style structure housing four major galleries, two concert halls, two theaters and a dance studio. The renovated building, often called the “People's Palace,” is noted for its Italian marble, mosaics and Tiffany domes. The center offers a variety of performing, visual and literary arts programs and exhibitions.
