Pros:
Cons: The front desk person messed up with my receipt so that I could not get reinmbursed my trip. I was travel alone and using my boss's card, but she changed the reservation under my boss name, which I don't know about and also the name on the receipt is not mine!!!!!!!!!!! When I called the hotel after I realized that when I got back to the office, the accounting department said they would not be able to change it!!!!!!!!!!!!! The front desk is so unprofessional.

Pros: Great style and service. Has that dark lounge feel from the art deco era, with a slight modern edge.
Cons: Rooms were a little small, but fairly standard for downtown Chicago. Can be a little rough around the edges, but it is an old building with lots of charm.

Pros: Good location. Nice staff and a nice bar.
Cons: The décor was terrible. The rooms look like Beetle Juice was the interior decorator. All the items in the room were very stylish, but were poor on the intended function. Not a very comfortable 7 night visit. Will not stay there again. Too many other really nice and functional hotel rooms in Chicago that are a better value.

Pros: Reasonably priced beer in the bar comparing to the surroundings.
Cons: Uncomfortable Bathroom with very little space. Consierge not very customer oriented. Room was not ready after arrival, we were promised to get an email when ready, which has never been received ... without any apologies, answer of receptionist was " .. it happens ... ".

Pros: Free prosecco in the evening.
Cons: Staff were not helpful. The first room we got was directly in front of the elevator. They said it was a king but it was no larger than a full. Very small room and bathroom. They charge for everything, even wifi. They advertise free wifi but you have to pay for it.
