Pros: Location, Didn't have to pay to park. The fitness center was really nice.

Pros: Big room, comfy beds. Very nice staff and shuttle driver got us safely to the United Center. Perfect place to stay for a quick night at the Blackhawks game.
Cons: Parking spaces are very tight...but it is free.

Pros: We were already delighted by the price and the free parking, but the upgraded room we received was a nice surprise. The friendly and helpful staff was a plus.

Pros: The location is great, and it is just off State Street, where you could take CTA Route 29 to the heart of the city, a great choice for tourist.
Cons: The parking lot was completely full Sat. night, and we had to roam around the hotel for 15 minutes before finally found a parking spot on State St.
