Pros: We absolutely loved the location of this Hotel, with-in walking distance of fine dining, museums and shopping (Navy Pier was about a mile away). Room was on the small side in comparison to other hotels but perfect. The Breakfast was pretty good as well.
Cons: Parking was $62 per night which we found a work-around by taking the Southline train from Michigan City to a couple blocks away. For both of us it costs $39 round-trip.

Pros: Great location
Cons: Tried to talk to the front desk about parking and asked why another person staying there was validated. She asked for their name and when I wouldn't give it, she said well 2 can play that game. Not great customer service. Was just asking why!

Disappointing

Pros: Rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was the normal Hampton which was perfect for our family. 1 block off michigan avaneue and 3 blocks from millennium park. Very convenient.
Cons: The noise was horrendous. We stayed in room 504 and it was as if the room had no sound proofing. Heard garbage trucks and delivery trucks for. 2 am through 5 am. Terrible.

Pros: Location was ideal with several shops and restaurants near. The hotel staff was very friendly upon arrival and were very accodomating. After late travel from Nashville TN we were worried that we wouldn't be able to check in early but we were in luck,
Cons: Prices of valet parking were too expensive but I guess being downtown that's to be expected but we moved after one day
