AAA Inspector Notes
Within 2 blocks of the “Mag Mile,” this hotel impresses guests with its dramatic black-and-white lobby and striking mural. Pristine, white duvets and plush-top mattresses beckon weary travelers. The nearby fire station is a point of interest for some but can on occasion be a disturbance. Light sleepers should ask for a room on the building's east side. If you need more space, request one of the 10 corner suites with a separate bedroom, living area and kitchenette. Smoke free premises. 230 units, some efficiencies. 12 stories, interior corridors.

Great location, central to the heart of Chicago, easy walking distance from great restaurants. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Room was big, bright, well-ventilated, clean; lots of closet and drawer space. WIFI was fast once we were connected.
Pros: Staff were excellent, well-informed and helpfull.
Cons: No dishware or tableware supplied for the kitchenette. Paper cups instead of glassware. Internet had to be renewed each day, and at first was limited to three devices (that was corrected, but we had to ask).

Pros: The location was perfect.
Cons: It was looking tired, although it was priced accordingly. I heard the staff talking about a refresh coming in the fall which is great.
