Pros: I liked that it had an onsite restaurant, that was convenient.
Cons: Parking entrances are not close to elevators. At checkout they didn't explain anything to me, like 50$ per day hold for incidentals. On the last day, housekeeping came into the room to try and clean TWICE way before check out time, we were not dressed.

Pros: Free 24 hour shuttles to Ohare. Came in VERY handy.
Cons: The cost of food. $15 for a salad with Chicken is pretty steep for this sort of bar/restaurant experience. Went with it, but wow.

Pros: Close proximity to O'Hare airport.
Cons: My adult daughter and I stayed here the night before she was to fly out of O'Hare. She has allergies to molds, and as the evening progressed, her allergy symptoms became quite severe. I would have to conclude this hotel houses molds.
