Pros: The staff of the hotel was great. The beds were very comfortable. The photos of the public spaces look accurate and the location was great as well.
Cons: We were placed on the 14th floor. The room was large enough however our room obviously experienced a lot of water/flood damage from something. The floor boards were raised and peeling - there was mold growing up the wall behind the door in the bathroom. The floor of the shower looked terrible. Little things as well: 1 little bar of soap for both sink area and shower, no tissue box. May seem silly but we paid over $600 for 2 nights (and $40+/day parking) and this hotel just didn't seem worth the price in the end.

Pros: Attractive Hotel, in a good location. I was impressed with the staff, décor and facilities. I was also impressed with Chicago itself. Navy pier and Lake Michigan provided interesting destinations.
