Pros: The location is excellent. In the heart of everything.
Cons: No threshold between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so the bathroom floor got when you used the shower. When the AC turned on and off it sound just like a door closing. Disturbed my sleep a bit.

Pros: The room was pretty comfortable. The location was really good.
Cons: The staff wasn't very polite. The breakfast on weekends begin at 8 and we asked, one of the staff on the lobby told it was at 6. So since we had to leave at 8:15 the hotel, we were down the breakfast hall at 7:00 in the morning. The personal told that the staff who told us the breakfast begin at 6 is new and he doesn't know, and they couldn't help us the restaurant is not open!!! So we had to eat cold, last days pastry... It was terrible! They did NOTHING to help us, acted like it was our fault... I was so surprised that since it was breakfast we had to wake up later then a weekday, it's the first hotel that I stayed had such policy. I would never stay in Hyatt again since they didn't even apologised!!!

Pros: We stayed there for 4 nights. Beautiful and spacious room, comfortable bed and nice large walk in shower. Luxurious feel. Staff friendly. Hotel very close to a Blue and a Red Line stop so getting around was pretty easy and it was seamless to get there from the airport (one metro and you can see the Hyatt sign on the building as you walk out of the metro). The hotel is located in the business district, so in the direct vicinity the cafes/restaurants may close earlier than you'd expect, but Michigan Ave is a very short walk away so you can get to the 'main' downtown very easily. This also means that over the weekend the area isn't jammed with people, which can be nice.
