Pros: Customer service is superb. A lot of amenities.
Cons: NOTE! Upon arrival you must pay for the room in full in addition to a hold (Card = $50/night or Cash = $150 flat) for incidentals and possible room charges. I called to double check into the check in procedure and was not told this

Pros: Close to attractions and restaurants and shops within the hotel as well.
Cons: The room could have been a little cleaner with more available trash cans. I found some old candy or something on the floor and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was falling off along with the fact that the bathroom door didn't close.

Pros: Great location - if you are there for a convention; otherwise difficult to get to. But the view of the lake is worth the effort! Staff was helpful and when our room wasn't right, they moved us and gave us free Business Upgrade (including breakfast).
Cons: Valet parking is crazy high ($51) but finding a parking garage on your own is a challenge. That said, the valet staff was wonderful explaining everything. I just hate paying city prices!

Pros: Hotel employee was awesome! He greeted us with a welcoming smile and over the top customer service. The hotel is a short cab ride from downtown attractions, restaurants and shopping. The view from the room was beautiful!!! 😍
Cons: The "coolers" in the room weren't practical. They should definitely replace them with mini fridges.
