Pros: Great staff and amazing bed and pillows.
Cons: Unable to count towards my Omni reward stays. 4 blocks from the train.

Pros: The staff is wonderful, maybe too nice if there's such a thing. The room and common areas were very clean. The location is great.

Pros: The entire staff were very helpful and did the little extra stuff that was needed without being asked. Omni has earned by business for life if they continue this level of customer service.
Cons: For a Texas guy,I wish parking was not that high, but that seems to be the norm in Chicago.
