Pros: Room was clean and well laid-out. Premium we paid for park view was worth it.
Cons: Night staff needs help with communication. We had called at 10pm to alert that we would be late arriving and that we would be at the hotel at 2:30am. When we arrived @ 2:20am, clerk informed us "she had just started running overnights- we waited 30 mins.

Wonderful

Pros: The room was beautiful and very large! The view was excellent and the staff was very helpful.
Cons: I wasn't a huge fan of the location. While it is by Grant Park, there isn't too much else around. You can, technically, walk to the museums but walking anywhere in Chicago can be a nightmare. It wasn't as close to the Loop/Magnificent Mile as I hoped.
