Pros: The Apartment was beautiful, spacious & extremely well appointed. Great location for Magnificent Mile & easy access to buses/CTA for going further afield.
Cons: Breakfast!! My advice would be to lower the rates, don't include complimentary breakfast & ask people to pay for it. Should avoid a lot of the grumbling. Lifts!! How are there no stairs between floor 1 & floor 2?!?

Pros: The rooms were great. The beds and pillows were wonderful for a hotel.
Cons: I booked 8 rooms many many months before our trip. We did not have rooms next to each other. I thought with a booking that far in advance we would surely have rooms together. We were spread out throughout 4 different floors, which made things difficult.

Pros: The hotel was extremely pet-friendly. We have a Pomeranian that is bark collar trained and had no problems what-so-ever. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Extended our stay for one more night was very easy. Free hot breakfast was awesome with eggs, sausage, stuff to make breakfast burritos, yogurt, waffles, danish, fresh fruit, etc. Hotel and property very clean and kept up nicely.
Cons: Parking was very easy and not a hassle at all. Little pricey for valet ($60 per night). We took vehicle out of valet after first night and parked in a secure garage right around the corner for $36/night directly behind hotel on backside of block. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are driving in to town. Ease of parking was a plus. For size of property, elevators were a little small. The property does not have a pool or hottub, but the location one block off Michigan Avenue at the top of the Magnificent Mile and one block from Lake Michigan make up for that.
