Pros: The bathroom was spacious as was the room with good amount of plug sockets
Cons: Staff unhelpful and ignored us when carrying loads of luggage (apart from kind young man who always held doors open for us when struggling), rooms dated and odd shape. There was no room booklet and room service menu was extremely limited

Pros:
Cons: There is currently a lot of construction and maintenance going on outside the hotel. Although this did not effect our sleep/noise in the room, it did make it difficult to find the hotel initially and there is no access for cars.

Pros: Room and bathroom very spacious and nicely decorated. Great shower. Staff is extremely helpful. My request for a quiet room was taken into account. Hotel restaurant also excellent. I have enjoyed the fitness facilities with view of the L train.
Cons: Free wifi is extremely slow (if you don't pay for an upgrade). Room service also a bit slow. Though soundproofing is very good, I could still hear a bit of noise from the L train in the room. Location is very central and close to all major tourist attractions. However, in the evening the loop (business district) becomes a bit deserted and it felt less safe with all the homeless people on the street.

Pros: This is our 4 trip to USA and having stayed in numerous hotels in different cities this was a wonderful surprise. It has been renovated a couple of years ago and is fantastic. Beautifully finished with large size rooms (Compared to NY). In the center of the city with the elevated rail outside but to our surprise absolutely no street noise. Great location to walk around the main business district, parks and wharf areas. Staff were very friendly, the room were fantastic, clean modern with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great in the dining area. The bar area looks fantastic. The silver theme is beautiful. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again.
Cons: No negatives, everything was great!!

Pros: This hotel is very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and has a very good location. But the stand-out is the friendly staff at the front desk which goes out of it's way to be helpful.
