Pros:
Cons: TV movies didn't work and called woman at front desk was very rude. Should charge for Internet and $70 for parking is very high.

Pros: Location employees
Cons: Its starting to get a little shabby. The phone is turning yellow. Not bad for half the price . I've been going there for about 10 years once or twice a year. It just needs a makeover.

Pros:
Cons: We really liked the Swissotel, we even upgraded once we were there to a suite. BUT-and it's a big BUT-we picked the Swissotel because it has a pool and our two year old loves to swim...and their pool was closed for 4 of the six days we were there. When I brought it up with their manager, he offered me $20 in snack credit. Pretty insulting after paying $1600 for 6 nights. Other than that, great staff and hotel!
