Pros: The location, definitely
Cons: No free internet for a 4 star hotel. The noisy top bar is still on till midnight, very annoying for who stay in the higher levels.

Pros: The hotel was soundproofed well considering it overlooks the El (on both sides so far as I can tell). Amenities were good, although I might prefer a paper and coffee in the a.m. to modern gadgets and big TVs.
Cons: I was shocked to find 1-ply toilet paper in the bathroom. Presumedly this was for environmental reasons? Also, the front desk was especially responsive when I mentioned that a quiet room was important to me at check-in.

Pros: Amazing location wih great views from the room over the city. Staff were exceptional and helped to organise architect tyre cruise which I would highly recommend.
Cons: Heads up: you need to pay for in room wifi and unless you get a room with a spa the bath is far too small to actually bathe in
