AAA Inspector Notes
This centrally located hotel's two-story lobby is breathtaking with its dramatic chandeliers and ornate design. The stylish guest rooms vary in size but all have outstanding linen-covered beds. All of the guest units feature sound machines that can be useful to cover some of the normal, big-city sounds at night. The swanky lobby bar and dining room are quite inviting. Smoke free premises. 403 units, some two bedrooms. 22 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Pros: Good location of the hotel in the Loop near at least 3 Metra stations in walking distance. Clean, nice rooms, excellent bed, useful room equipment etc. Ideal for business travelers.
Cons: Internet only for some members, otherwise almost 15 dollars per day (free wifi just in lobby). Not enough space in wardrobe if you have bigger luggage (e.g. longer stay).

Pros: Room was perfect for one person, small but "cozy king" as advertised. Staff is wonderful. I had a very quiet room (helps to ask nicely at front desk). Free coffee/tea in the mornings was nice, but you could get coffee maker in room too.
Cons: Why is there not Wifi in the rooms as well?

Pros: Great Location!, really modern and upbeat. The desk staff was really nice.
Cons: The rooms are really really small! They are modern looking rooms the spacewise is terrible. And the view is not great at all. We had a small window and when you looked out you were looking into other rooms on the other side of the hotel.
