Pros: the reception guys were really good guys.
Cons: the cleaning, no one help us in carrying the luggage, any help or service you want is paid and too expensive.

Pros: Wonderful location, right on Michigan Avenue near the water tower. You can walk to everything from here. Room service was good and I slept very well here. The bathroom was very cleverly designed with a spacious shower, despite the overall small size of the room.
Cons: My room was very small but it was fine for my simple, overnight stay. $60 for overnight valet parking is steep, but it's also normal for this part of town.

Pros: The bed was amazing, the staff was superb, the bartender was extremely helpful and nice, and the room was just enough.
Cons: Honestly, I had never been to Chicago before, and although I and my boyfriend had an amazing experience there, I did not realize how much parking was. It was $60 a night at this hotel... which is money I certainly did not expect to spend for parking. But thats just Chicago, and I know it's not the hotels problem as all the hotels charge a crazy amount of money to park.
