This hotel restaurant is my favorite spot for charcuterie. They perfectly pair a relish, pickled vegetable or marmalade for each cured meat offered.

The restaurant and bar are nestled on the 4th floor of an elegant hotel overlooking the popular "Magnificent Mile" and features an exhibition kitchen. The menu changes seasonally and offers Prime steaks, fresh fish, Amish chicken, bouillabaisse and pasta. The short rib at dinner is outstanding and the flatbreads at lunch are excellent. The restaurant also features in-house prepared charcuterie and an excellent selection of cheeses.
