This fine-dining restaurant features the finest USDA Prime steaks and a creative twist on the extensive seafood portion of its menu. The Chilean sea bass has a sake glaze, the Scottish salmon was recently served with a smoky eggplant, and the yellowfin tuna is sushi grade. The excellent steaks are dry-aged for 35 days and are served with a variety of house-made sauces. An inviting outdoor patio that features fantastic views of the Chicago River is featured in season.
