An interesting meal experience awaits you at this popular restaurant. The chef is adept in the way he both prepares and assembles each of the 12 courses he presents during the meal. While the menu is contemporary American, there are obvious French influences to many of the dishes. Each plate is a work of art. The chef's business partner and wife is both the hostess and only server in the small dining room so the meal can take up to four hours to complete. The restaurant operates a wine store located next door and informs registered guests via email, which wines pair nicely with the menu being offered that particular evening. If you opt to purchase wine from their store, they have it waiting for you when you arrive. Guests can also opt to bring in their own beverage. Still or sparkling water is served to all tables.
