Inspector Pick (Cuisine/Specialty): Fresh, brightly colored fruits and vegetables, olive oils, nuts and mushrooms provide a refreshing and welcome change of pace for a carnivore like me.
Green Zebra (name of an heirloom variety of tomato) celebrates vegetarian cooking as envisioned by chef-owner Shawn McClain. The focus is on organic, local and regional ingredients. The menu features a wide variety of fresh fruit, nuts, mushrooms, seeds and excellent fresh vegetables. While being a predominantly vegetarian menu, guests may still occasionally find a poultry or seafood creation. On many nights the chef offers a small tasting menu that allows you to sample a variety of menu items.
