Green Zebra (name of an heirloom variety of tomato) celebrates vegetarian cooking as envisioned by chef-owner Shawn McClain. The focus is on organic, local and regional ingredients. The menu features a wide variety of fresh fruit, nuts, mushrooms, seeds and excellent fresh vegetables. While being a predominately vegetarian menu, guests may still occasionally find a poultry or seafood creation.
