The restaurant has made a name for itself in Chicago with its fresh fish, seafood, USDA Prime steaks and signature stone crab claws. While the food is unpretentiously presented on the plates, the skill of the kitchen is obvious with the first bite. The dining room is huge and luxuriously appointed, and the lounge that abuts the dining room has dark wood walls, a wood-beam ceiling, elegant chandeliers and handsome wine-display cabinets. The sheer numbers of waiters and waitresses dressed in their semiformal black vests and button-down white shirts demonstrate the restaurant's desire to provide superb service.
