Resembling French Colonial Vietnam, the second floor dining room has the feel of a private home's outdoor patio. Chao tom is a self-assembly appetizer of grilled shrimp, sugar cane, angel hair noodles and peanut dipping sauce. Among entrée choices are ga nuong xa, roasted chicken with lemongrass; cari tom, sautéed jumbo shrimp with eggplant and curried coconut sauce; and bo sate, filet mignon, sate spice, yams and string beans. The waitstaff are engaging and polished.
