This restaurant received its inspiration from Gina Stefani, the daughter of the famous Chicago restaurateur, Phil Stefani. The menu is truly unique and features a variety of excellent charcuterie, artisan cheeses and gourmet burgers to duck confit tacos, steak tartare and seafood ceviche. I recommend the crispy Brussels sprouts salad with cabbage, toasted garlic chips, cilantro, won ton chips and a tasty yuzu soy vinaigrette or the braised beef tenderloin served on top of deep-fried plantains.
